Ingredients      2 C Grated zucchini     3 Eggs     1 C Veg. oil     2 C Sugar     3 tsp Vanilla extract     3 C Flour     1 tsp Baking soda     1 tsp Baking powder     1 tsp Salt     1 Tbsp Cinnamon  Directions Mix all ingredients in a large bowl til combine. Batter will be thick. Divide evenly into 2 greased bread pans. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
