Soussuns Common, Dartmoor, Devon A 'cairn stone circle' in which the stones are very close but do not touch. In the centre there was a cairn-covered kist but this was badly damaged by fire and so has recently been turfed over.
Dartmoor is rich in prehistoric remains, many of which are within easy reach of nearby roads. The Merrivale stone rows are part of a complex of Bronze Age structures including stone circles, burial cairns and dwelling places.
