Lunch: Tuna Waldorf Salad Sandwich:In a bowl, mix 1 oz canned albacore white tuna in water, drained, with 1/4 cup each chopped apple and celery, 1 tbsp each raisins and chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt, 1 tbsp light mayo and 2 tsp fresh lemon juice. Stuff a 6-inch whole-wheat pita with tuna salad and 1/2 cup chopped romaine. Serve with 1/2 cup baby carrots.
