Stuffed Jalapeños  Ingredients: 1 lb ground sausage (HOT if ya like! ) 22 jalapeños 1- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese  Directions: Preheat over 425. Cook sausage until browned. Set aside. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Rinse jalapeños. Cut each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds. Stuff jalapeños with sausage mixture. Cook for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown (cook on a large baking pan).

Cranberry Jello Salad... 1 can jellied cranberry sauce, 1 (3 oz) box raspberry jello, 1&1/4 cup boiling water, 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained), 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Add boiling water to cranberry sauce and jello & stir well. Then add crushed pineapple and stir. Nuts can be used to top jello salad or mixed with pineapple. Chill for a few hours (this recipe can be doubled for a 9 x 13" dish)
