Cherry danish: puff pastry sheets, thawed and cut into 9 equal squares. Mix 1 c. Vanilla pudding with 1/2 c. Cream chz till smooth. Spoon cream mix diagonally across each pastry square. Spoon cherry pie filing on top of cream. Fold corners up to wrap the filing. Bake at 425° for 12-15 min or till slightly golden. Drizzle with a glaze of 1 c. Powder sugar + 3Tbs OJ.
