(4 Aug) Made Raspberry & Cherry Bounce Recipe: Raspberry Bounce 1-qt cherries 1 cup sugar 1 fifth vodka or rum or whiskey 1 gal wide mouth jar Wash fruit -remove stems. Place fruit in jar. Pour sugar over fruit. Pour alcohol into the jar. Do not stir. Tightly cap jar. Set in a cook dark place for about 2 months. Shake the jar a couple times a month to redistribute the sugar and juices. Strain liqueur off the fruit into a bowl. Discard fruit.
