This went down a treat. At first I thought I was pushing it with spring onion and mustard but neither overpowered the dish. It's worth getting Maris Piper potatoes instead of plain white potatoes for a lovely fluffy topping. Real comfort food and a blast of Omega 3 too.
Lentil ragù. I used a bit less of the lentils, which was fine, and liquid chicken stock. I added some paprika & a few chilli flakes at the start = repeat. Better the next day. Include the small sprinkle of parmesan to serve. I tried it with spaghetti/ini but it doesn't hold the sauce well. Try something smaller/'cuppier' next time.
