Hello, DIY Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. Where have you been?    1) latex paint  2) baking soda  3) water    1/3 baking soda to 2/3 latex paint ratio.    In your baking soda, add a tad bit of water.  The more water you add, the more runny it will be,  so go easy at first until the baking soda is nice and smooth.  Then stir the mixture into the paint.  Mix well....  voila!
