My mommy's "Baked not fried Salmon&Spinach Cakes" Preheat oven to 375. 1 can of salmon, 1 egg, 2 tbsp evoo, lemon pepper seasoning, fresh cracked black pepper, half an onion diced and a handful of chopped spinach.
