The Carter Family. The lady with the guitar is Mother Maybelle, the other woman is her cousin Sara, and the man is Sara's husband, A.P. Carter. Maybelle was June Carter's mom, so Johnny Cash's mother-in-law. There is a wonderful documentary about the Carter Family called "The Winding Stream". (Thank you Eliza Hunter for the information!
