Healthy Alfredo made with cauliflower! Sooo good! 1 head of cauliflower steamed ten put into a food processor with 1/2 stick of light butter, 1-2tablespoons of sour cream, 2-3 tablespoons of milk all blended together. Add Parmesan to taste (about 3 tablespoons). 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper! You can add water or more milk to make it less creamy. I added spinach and garlic to by sauce. Sooo good! Who knew!
