New Orleans Cochon de Lait Po-boy in the Slow Cooker. We loved the flavorful meat and I will make that again and again. I strained and then boiled the leftover liquid (to reduce it by about half) and then poured that over the shredded meat. Really, really good. The Creole Coleslaw was a little too strong for our taste and next time we will pair the meat with regular coleslaw instead. Feb 2015.
