these are truly amazing and it takes alot to impress me with homemade granola bars. i leave out the honey because i don't like things overly sweet and use 1/4-1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips as part of my "total combination" (along with raw sunflower seeds and dried fruit). i add in the chocolate while the concoction is hot and it all melts together. mmm.
