For stuffing, we recommend cotton batting which you can be purchased at any fabric or upholstery store. Fill the pouf until desired firmness is achieved, but be careful not to overstuff. Some designers use coir, which is coconut fiber, and pad the top with cotton batting. It's more firm and less lumpy, but still soft and comfy. Poufs can also be stuffed with shredded foam, old clothes, towels, old jeans, blankets, etc.
