7 year-old Hannah wrote this poem and drew this picture for people with Alzheimer's disease: “Even though you have Alzheimer’s, you forget everything, don’t worry, don’t be afraid, you are still one of our favorite persons in our hearts. You are nice, I love you, you are our friend for our whole life. We will never forget you at all. We appreciate when you had no Alzheimer’s disease, we had so much fun together!”
