Home-made Taco Seasoning: 4 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder,  1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes,  1/4 tsp cayenne pepper,  1 tsp dried oregano,  2 tsp paprika,  2 tbsp ground cumin,  2 tsp sea salt,  4 tsp black pepper.   Use 3-4 tablespoons for chilli, 2 tablespoons for tacos. Makes 2 cups, also great on popcorn!
