Well...sometimes I'm NOT over cupcakes.  Making these for dessert to take to a Girls Night Out on the Deck. Substituting crushed chocolate wafers for the whole Oreo center...easier to eat. (Would hate to slop wine on my lap while trying to pick that Oreo off with one hand!)
