Coffeehouse Scones. 2/23/12 - I like these a lot. They are very simple and would be great if you want to pair the scone with a jam or something along those lines. I used 1 C of white wheat (minus 2 T) instead of 1 C of AP and Demerara sugar instead of white sugar and they came out great! I even forgot to brush the tops with milk before I popped them in the oven and they were still beautiful!
