A great chart to see what your body is REALLY craving. Don't get me wrong, I am ALL FOR eating some delicious antioxidant rich dark chocolate (at least cacao) in moderation but this chart has been very helpful to interpret what some of our cravings mean.
Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense.
