Wow. How refreshing to see that there is someone else out there like me, she knows exactly what's happening inside us INFJ women. I wish I had discovered this whole Myer Briggs things A LONG time ago, would have helped me heal and understand myself a lot sooner. Now I see why so many reputable companies rely on it as part of their testing for employing specific personalities (each personality type, no doubt, will perform better when given jobs that suit them).

YES! Right now is an example. It's 5am, haven't been to bed, work at 7. I stay up for days....several days....I've tried every sleep medication the doctors could dream up, I've tried meditation, vigorous exercise to wear myself out, Sleepytime tea, reading a boring book, wearing an eye mask, keeping a fan going for white noise, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Sleep clinics repeatedly. I guess I'm just a big fat medical mystery.

This is the truth of my life. Except now it has become: Morning = exhausted, Afternoon = Dizzy from fatigue, Night = too panicked to sleep.
