I made this today for breakfast and the kids love them as after school snacks as well! ✨ Egg whites, ground turkey cooked in tomato sauce with garlic, diced onion and broccoli topped with fresh parsley. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes in a muffin pan! Easy peasy lemon squeezy and delish. (I have also prepped this the night before or popped them into the oven when I get up so they are fresh for the family before school/work or reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds 😉)
