Excuse the language - I am not one to cuss. But this is absolutely true! We all make time for the things we love and value ---> don't come to me telling me it's lack of time keeping you from being fit and trim.it won't fly :)
This is the most important thing to remember of all! Why, oh why is it so hard for me to have patience! so that's something I really need to work on in my personal life. Having patience and keeping on going even when I mess up a little bit.
