Pan Fried Pork and Shrimp Potstickers. My favorite type of filling...pork and shrimp. 9/19/2011 Tried this today and we love it. I did add water chestnuts for crunch. You can also use chinese chives in place of green oinions.

很久之前都做過馬仔,但因為當時沒有溫度計所以糖漿煮得時   好時不好,做的馬仔有時太硬有時太軟又鬆散,所以溫度計很重   要,因為馬仔好唔好食和煮糖漿有直接關係。

水煎包不像蒸包子饅頭容易失敗,,底皮在煎到金黃色就有著一層香脆的皮,以肉餡和高麗菜碎分別包入的方式,不但能吃到肉餡香還保有蔬菜的脆感,  美味又很有飽足感...
