This is my version of a sushi parfait. I made this yearssss ago and wanted to share it with all of you. I had leftover fresh ingredients in my fridge, so I decided to layer them in a cute glass. I used sushi rice, masago, seaweed flakes, egg omelet crumbs, tuna or salmon (i forgot which one), togarashi seasoning, japanese mayo, sesame seeds, and a big cooked shrimp! You can basically use anything "sushi-like" to make this. Have fun!
