I know I'm barely moving but MAN I'm telling you this is a great isolation exercise for muscles that are tough to define and often neglected!  1⃣ Rest left foot behind right leg and squeeze your left glute to lift knee. Keep hip down and rest an ankle weight on left thigh to increase resistance. 2⃣ Lift right leg, leading with the heel. Press down with left foot to increase resistance. 3⃣ Lift through torso to do a back extension, targeting the lower back. Hold on…
