Bean Flour Biscuits: 2 cups bean flour, 3 t baking powder, ½ t salt, ¼ cup butter soft (not melted), ¾ cup skim milk - Mix dry ingredients. Add butter; mix til blended. Add milk, stir well, add more flour if needed to handle the dough. Roll out ¼ inch thick and cut into circles or just form by hand. Bake 12-15 minutes at 450 degrees.
