1977 Montgomery Ward Christmas Catalog -- this and the SEARS catalog -- hours spent flipping and dog earring the pages. These were also referred to as 'wish books' as I recall. My favorite catalogs were the toy catalogs and the summer catalogs.

Couldn't wait for the Sears Christmas wish book to come out every year so I could go thru it and circle every single toy in it for my "Christmas List" for Santa!

1970s Halloween Plastic Masks...rubberband tore all your hair our and you sweat like a pig then before Halloween arrived the rubber band broke or face mask cracked! hahahaha

Halloween in the like a sweaty, moist mask held in place with a rubberband around the back of your head. I had the blue bear mask.

Frosty the Snowman has always been a favorite - mostly because the little girl's name is Karen (even if she spells it wrong!)
