Carrot Cake Smoothie
Do you buy carrots like we do? We buy 10 pounds of carrots at a time and we go through them in just a few weeks. We could probably go through them much faster but my carrots would plan a mutiny against me if we ate them that often! Needless to say, I'm always trying to come up with new ways to make use of all these carrots.
