Broccoli Cranberry Pasta Salad - I used this recipe as inspiration, but adapted it a lot. I roasted the broccoli because I don't like it raw. I omitted the pasta, red onion and cheese and used bacon instead of prosciutto. I added one yellow pepper and a pint of cherry tomatoes, halved. I used the same amount of dressing, but made about 9 small heads of broccoli. Delicious and a big hit.
