Ch 5. Diesel Jeans launched an ambient advertising campaign called "Be Stupid" where they put a pair of jeans in a block of ice with a sign saying that if a person can break open the block of ice, then they get to keep the jeans for free. Diesel had several people filming citizens' reactions and put together a compilation that went viral. This spread their brand name to not only the people who were present at the event, but also through the internet via youtube and other media channels.
