Just remember to do what works for you. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently so what works for one person might not be for you. Find the diet/workout/exercise/motivation that helps you get the body YOU WANT and stick with it. That is the most important part, sticking with it.
I learn so much in solitude. I have to push past the initial "uncomfortableness" and "pain" and the being alone to realize that being with myself is hardly being alone, but instead being with someone so creative and full of potential. (not that I don't love and learn from my relationships...)
