Dear Photograph, As the mallards waddled over at a furious pace to welcome me, their greedy gathering for my treats filled my child’s eye with magic and awe. It’s the time in your life when it feels like that kind of magic will surround you always.   Vanessa

Dear Photograph,When I was a child I remember hearing the saying “time flies” circling above my head I couldn’t wait 2 grow up.Then u have children of ur own time will slow down. Now as the seasons change demands take over as they grow on,there isn’t any time left 4 making snowmen. At the time this photo was taken,a day like this seemed uneventful, but as u get older u realize what it truly meant.I hope they never forget how 2 live in the moment no matter how fast time flies.Dave

Dear Photograph, Thank you for reminding me that if I wait just a little longer the seasons will always change.Love, Nancy

Dear Photograph, When I was three years old, I took this picture with my very first camera. Fifteen years later, I crouched down on the same deck to look once again through the eyes of my three year old self and take another photo. Perspective can be magical…it just depends on how you choose to look at things. Rachel

Dear Photograph, It was forty one years ago on September 30th,1971 that I was being pushed in a stroller by my mother and my brother at Walt Disney World. My father was a member of the press, so we had access to the park the day before it officially opened on October 1st. Last year I took my daughter back to this very spot and she was the same age that I was in this photograph. That in itself really made our visit magical. Todd

Dear Photograph, I remember going on our very first family trip altogether back in 1991 to the nation’s capitol and since then, I have made Washington my home. As I look at my brother smiling back at me from so long ago, it makes me realize we must get together and do it all again. Dani

Dear Photograph, Many lives were forever changed in 1942, and yet there is some comfort in knowing the neighborhood would still remain the same…even today.   Todd

Dear Photograph, It’s hard to believe that my dad was once a little kid too. Mike
