Avocado Dressing: Paula Deen. I had to make dressing in a pinch w/what I had on hand. I used two medium instead of one large Avocado, skipped the sour cream, halved the mayo, thinned with water, juice from half a lemon, 2 BIG cloves of garlic, and skipped the onion, cayenne, and salt (mayo has plenty of salt).
