Cucumber Noodles with Sesame Soy Dressing. Use Spiralizer. Add cooked turkey or shrimp for protein.

Just salad. It's so easy. Take some lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes. A base so you will stay full until snack time, like quinoa, beans, lentils, pasta or like I had: wheat berries. Avocado. Maybe some cheese. Seeds and herbs (I used sunflower seeds and chives). Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon.
