This article by Erb (2011) discusses was to inspire ownership among employees in the companies. One of the practices he offered is to collaborate on goals and decisions, related to what Wheatley (2006) discusses as one of the best way to create ownership among employees: "to have those responsible for implementation develop the plan for themselves."
