TIPS TO STRONG WRISTS: Please excuse the non consistent blue shade of he photos. The white balance on my phone decided to mess with me. So strong wrists is part body structure, part "before I came to yoga" lifestyle but definitely still workable. Like in ballet they do lots of calf raises and feet strengthening exercises to strengthen their ankles, it's kinda the same for wrists, small movements to strengthen the forearms and fingers will help the wrists so here we go: - 1. Morir Soñando (To die dreaming) This drink from the Dominican Republic is very refreshing during a hot summer day. It is sweet, filling and nourishing. Ingredients: 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice (or Tropicana orange juice) 2 cups milk (I like evaporated milk, because it tastes richer) 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tpn vanilla, Lots of crushed ice! Mix sugar, milk and vanilla until sugar has incorporated into liquid. Add orange juice and whisk. Pour over ice and serve with a a straw!

Nan s Batter for Fish from Food.com. Pinner says: "like the take-out batter used here in Newfoundland for fish. Very tasty with the perfect amount of each ingredient without it being too oily or salty. I just fried this in a pan with some oil. I guess you can deep fry them also. This made enough to coat about 1 1/2 -2 lbs of cod."
