The Prince Bay Park lies against Nanping Hill of Hangzhou, of which the history dates back to the Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279). It is famous for the incredibly colorful tulips with full blossom, which were imported from Netherlands in 1992. A special flower exhibition is held each year in the park, showing off all kinds of exotic flowers to the people all over the world.
