This week I had a very balanced food log with 76% grains, 73% veggies, 77% dairy and cheese and 62% protein. I think it is this way because I tried to have a more level palette and getting all the nutrients I need. My goal is to get more fruit and whole grains. I can do this by eating a fruit after school and maybe popcorn for lunch
