Week 4: Today, I exercised 15 minutes under the amount the I am supposed to, which is 60 minutes. Next week, I will walk with my friends around the block so that I can stay healthy.

Week 8 Physical: I will keep up what I am doing. I will go to every dance class. this helps my muscles and is very fun for me. I am going to keep up my work.

Week 6. Last week on Tuesday, I had 7,119 steps and I walked 2.73 miles.I feel that I could have done better because my goal for steps is 12,000 steps and my goal for miles is 5 miles. I believe that I need to increase my physical activity. I can do this by running around at recess. This will help me create a healthier life.

I need more fruit. I need less grains. I will eat. MOre fruit by eating blueberries. I will not eat as many samwiches.

Week 2 for the next week i want to eat more apples and bananas and 3 glasses of milk because it taste good and is healthy

Week 3. I noticed that I need to eat more vegetables. I can do this by going to the store and buying more vegetables. I can also incorporate them into my meals by packing carrots into my lunch.

This week I think that I did pretty good. I think I could ride my bike more often since the weather is getting better and take more dance classes cuz it ended this week

week Camryn Buckley This week I had a 60 minute dance class on Wednesday and I had a 45 minute jazz class on Friday. I will exercise more by going on runs or by taking more dance classes.

WEEK 5: This week I didn't get enough of anything. I just got my bottom braces on, so I haven't been able to eat that much. Once my mouth goes back to normal I will get what I need. I will make sure to eat very healthy next week.

Week 6. This week I did try to get my arm strength up. I did get a lot of exercise by biking and rowing and running so next week j will keep it up. I will still try and get my arm strength up and body.

My goal for my week 6 physical activity log was to get at least of activity in my day or within two days. I achieved this goal by going to swim practice each day for 3 hours. Next week my goal will be to get at least 4 hours of physical activity each day.

This week which is week 11 I achieved my goal and got a lot of extra hours in. This wee I also did dry land and I added an extra 45 minutes because of it. My goal for next week if that I get 2 hours of dry land in.

Week This week I want to focus on eating more protein. I will eat eggs two times this week for breakfast. Protein is good for my growing muscles. That is how I am going to eat more protein this week.
