Physical Activity Week 7 I have been biking/playing  outside with my neighbors and friends. I will continue to do this. I can keep this goal by staying active outside.

On Sunday I played a baseball game then I had basketball practice right after which took up most of my day. So  I got a great deal of exercise that day. I got over 100 minutes in one day! I hope I can keep this up.

For this week i met all of my personal goals I just need to keep this up.

I do the same thing every week and it is very beneficial because I do something every day so I am exceeding what I need.

This week I ate a lot of grains, and dairy. I need to eat more protein. And I'm good on fruits, and veggies. This is what I ate this week.

This week I have been eating pretty good. I need to eat a little less grains, and dairy. I need to eat more protein next week, and then I will meet my goal. I also need to eat things with less calories. This is the average meal I ate this week.

This week, I walked for a little bit on Wednesday. I walked for a total of 60 minutes, at a slow-ish speed(light).

I feel confident with my physical activities and I wouldn't change it.

Week Three: I didn't do any exercise this week, bummer. But, on the bright side, track and field starts in two weeks and I can get tons of exercise in then!

This week I had lots of dairy fruit and protein but lacked vegetables.  I was also a little under on my calories.  If I don't get enough calories I will not get bigger and stronger.  Next week I plan on eating more vegetables and more food in general.

This week I am very happy with my results. I exceeded 85% in every category. However, I went well over the calorie, sugar, and sodium limits. I think I shouldn't have frosted flakes for night, as they are 14 grams of sugar in a cup. Also, the ham I had was around 800 mg of sodium, which is a lot. I think next week I can keep my percentages up but not eat so much food.

Week This week I went over calories, grains,and whole fruits. next week I will try at different verity of foods and have more calorie free foods.

This week I burned 600 calories. I think I can do more than that. A goal for me is to burn half of the amount of calories I consumed that day. I can go to optional basketball workouts, or workout at home. A two hour workout would burn 150 calories, and gets me closer to my goal. I can also go on walks (or runs) with my dog after school for ten minutes everyday.

What I have done this past week even thought its every week. On Tuesday and Thursday I do karate. And Monday through Friday I go to the park for 30 mins and shoot some Baskets.This is what i do every week

week 5 this week on Tuesday, I under achieved my physical activity goal. this is because i did not go to swim .I can go for a run after school.
