On Sunday I played a baseball game then I had basketball practice right after which took up most of my day. So I got a great deal of exercise that day. I got over 100 minutes in one day! I hope I can keep this up.
This week I have been eating pretty good. I need to eat a little less grains, and dairy. I need to eat more protein next week, and then I will meet my goal. I also need to eat things with less calories. This is the average meal I ate this week.
This week I had lots of dairy fruit and protein but lacked vegetables. I was also a little under on my calories. If I don't get enough calories I will not get bigger and stronger. Next week I plan on eating more vegetables and more food in general.
What I have done this past week even thought its every week. On Tuesday and Thursday I do karate. And Monday through Friday I go to the park for 30 mins and shoot some Baskets.This is what i do every week
This week I had enough of every food group, but I had a little too much protein. Over vacation I had crab and shrimp that boosted my protein% to 550. Next week I should cut back on that a little because that also gave me 12000 mg of sodium, which is very bad for me.
