This week I had a basketball warmup and a game. Our warmup was a lot of running which is very good for you. Of course the game was even more running so I got a lot of working out done that day. I have practice everyday and we always do a little running and conditioning. I am being active every day of the week. I also go skating a lot which is a good workout.
Week 3 physical activity. This week I walked during passing time as my source of physical activity. I need to get more exercise because I only had 2,786 step which is low considering other days. I should start walking my dogs, or bike riding with my friends.
