As the season shifts from Summer to Autumn, it’s time to start supporting my immune system. One way I do this is to wake up to a steamy cup of Chaga Chai tea.

CHOCOLATE MACA MILK :: 1 cup nut milk, 1/2 tsp red maca, 1/2 T cacao, honey to taste, 2 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Hot Maca Tea 1 teaspoon maca powder 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or coconut palm sugar 1¼ cups homemade cashew milk, or store-bought unsweetened almond milk

Warm up with Hot Maca

BOIL 1-2 CUPS OF WATER. STEEP 5G BLUE LOTUS FLOWERS FOR 10-20 MIN. ADD COCONUT MILK + RAW HONEY + CINNAMON + REISHI. THE NERVOUS SYSTEM WILL THANK YOU + EUPHORIA SHOULD SET IN ABOUT 25 MIN LATER.

BRAIN FUEL ✨ 24 bite-sized 'herbal gems': mix 2 tsp each of he shou wu / rhodiola / astragalus / ashwagandha / reishi / cordyceps / moringa / mucuna pruriens into 1.5 cup of black sesame tahini - organic, raw, sprouted -  add in 4 tbs tocos, half cup raw honey, 3 tbs of coconut butter, 2 tbs ghee, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp cold-pressed sesame oil. Fold + roll into tasty bite-sized orbs, place in freezer to firm up before serving.
