1 baked potato 1 Tbsp butter 2 eggs 2 strips bacon, cooked. 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cheesy, Onion Crusted Baked Salmon. I subbed nonfat Greek yogurt for the mayo. I put the fish on aluminum foil, places the sliced onions on it, placed the spread, then fresh tomato slices and topped that with some cheese. I places it on the grilled and grilled it for 15 min. Was delicious! Will make again.
