#EskenaziHealth West 38th Street will host a community health fair on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The health fair will include health screenings, weight loss tips, CPR demonstrations and much more. Health care professionals will also be on site to answer any questions.   Eskenazi Health West 38th Street is located at 5515 W. 38th St., on the corner of Moller Road and West 38th Street. We’ll see you there!
