Low temp, slow cooked Roma tomato wedges.  Cut into quarters lengthwise, spread out over baking sheets with baking parchment paper. Drizzle a little olive oil on each one and lightly season with a little salt and pepper.  I've been told to use sugar some time... will do! Bake in the over at 150 or so all day... 8 hours or so but just check them as you go along. They come out with a real intense flavor. Great for pizza or pasta with a little olive oil and parmesan

This is a MUST try, if you haven't done it before. Split Romain lettuce lengthwise, sprinkle both sides with olive oil, a little salt and fresh ground pepper and set it on a hot grill once you've removed your meat and have it standing.  Great for topping burgers or cut it up and use it in a salad for a really different flavor experience!
