Great for roasting Brussels sprouts!  Preheat oven to roast at 400.  Take fresh (not frozen) sprouts, cut the brown ends off and remove any yellowing outer leaves (if any).  Wash them and set aside.  Use a knife to spread a thin layer of coconut oil (it is solidified) onto aluminum foil on cookie sheet.  Lay sprouts on top of coconut oil.  Optional: sprinkle sea salt on top of the sprouts.  Place the cookie sheet on middle rack.  Turn sprouts after 20 mins.  Roast for another 20 minutes…
