Chicken Noodle Casserole 4 cups uncooked egg noddles 4 cups cubed/shredded cooked chicken 1 pkg (16oz) frozen peas and carrots 2 cups milk 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Cook noodles & combine - transfer to 2-8" square dishes (freeze one up to 3 mos). Cover and bake the other at 350*F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 additional minutes.
