MADE! Baby Back Rib Recipe. Made a dry rub first: 1/4c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika, 1 Tbsp. kosher salt, 1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/4-1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper. Marinated overnight.  Baking at 300 for about 2 hours, added sauce and broiled. Super tender and we all loved it! ACS

Grilled Flank steak - Freeze ahead meal 3 lbs flank steak 1 1/2 c. dark beer 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. brown sugar -packed 1/4 c. mustard 2 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 tsp. pepper Gallon freezer bags -2  Trim steaks and divide into freezer bags Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and divide between bags. Seal and freeze.  To cook: Thaw completely in fridge. Preheat grill to medium. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. You can baste with the marinade during initial cooking. Discard remainder.
