Cold sunset over Widgeon Lake in British Columbia.. Early December is the best time to get into the Coast Range. Tons of fresh snow and the larger lakes aren't frozen yet. Shot with the new @canonusa EOS 5D Mark IV and the EF 16-35mm 2.8L III lens. In the past, I wouldn't have shot anything wider than 24mm but I've been missing out. Getting closer to my subjects has me out of my comfort zone and I love that feeling..
