Tempeh Piccatta: I made this recipe and subbed celery for onion, skipped the the parsley and Capers (which Im sure is what makes it "piccatta" but I didn't have them... and added a splash of red wine vinegar. Served with mashed potatoes and navy bean gravy and sauteed kale. DELICIOUS.
