3 exercises from my last legday🥰 Didn't have the opportunity to record all of my exercises but managed to do these three at least. I usually do 3 heavy exercises and 1-2 isolation exercises with lower weights and higher reps. A typical legday for me lasts 1.5 hour, sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more depending on how heavy I lift. Heavier lifts=longer rest between my sets=longer time at the gym. Below is a list of the exercises in my videos:
• •Cable kickbacks(30 kg 15-20 reps each leg) Great for isolation, all 3 muscles constructing your glutes are put to work in this exercise. The hamstrings are working as a secondary muscle in this movement. A benefit with doing kickbacks in the cable is that there will be resistance throughout the full range of motion, without any resting point.
